HOW WE HELP

Positive Behaviour Support may assist with

  • Minimising the impact of challenging behaviour.
  • Expanding social networks for participants and their carers through face to face and non face to face method.
  • Empowering families to manage behaviour challenges as they arise.

An initial assessment is conducted in your own home in collaboration your family to discuss the support required, and information necessary to implement a Positive Behaviour Support Plan.

Working closely with families, a positive behaviour support plan, that includes observations and data collections across the the individual’s environments, will be developed.

A tailored package is then created and actioned to support the needs of you and your family.
