HOW WE WORK
Two Minds Counselling Services offers guidance and mentoring to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. From autism to anxiety, loneliness to bipolar disorder – our team are qualified and experienced to offer a range of support services. There is no ‘one treatment suits all’ when it comes to wellbeing. Each client has a support plan personalised to their own needs.

OUR STORY
With an interest in human behaviour, Tina started Two Minds Counselling Services with the aim to implement services in the local areas. Services that provides a structured therapeutic approach that lines up with other providers working in a group approach with a client rather than a single clinician.
Tina has had her own journey and challenges through her personal health and wellbeing.
