MENTAL HEALTH AND COVID

As COVID-19 slowly starts to transition to a normal part of daily life, the lasting impacts of previous isolations and anxiety of illness can still linger for some.

Though some may cope well with the transition to COVID-normal life, after several years of pandemic-normal and a perceived lack of control throughout this time, it’s to be expected that it may still take time to adjust back unsettled.

The impact on many lives and businesses has been immense and everyone faced different challenges during this time.
